This policy explains what data VPNDU (the Service) processes when providing its cross-border network acceleration subscription service, why it is processed, how long it is kept, and how users can access or delete it.
1. Data We Collect and How We Use It
The Service collects only the data needed to operate and provide the service, in four categories:
- Account data: signing up requires only a username and password, with no email address required. The system stores an encrypted hash of the username and password for login verification, order ownership checks and ticket identity confirmation.
- Order data: plan name, amount, order time, plus the order number and payment status returned by the payment provider, used to activate routes, verify billing, process refunds and handle after-sales follow-up. Usage for monthly plans and data packs is accumulated per account so remaining quota can be displayed.
- Visit statistics: page views, visit time, browser and operating system type, referral source and approximate region, used for troubleshooting, capacity planning and judging content performance. Statistics are used in aggregate and never to build personal profiles.
- Ticket content: problem descriptions, screenshots and handling records that users submit voluntarily, used to diagnose issues and for later reference.
IP addresses are processed during connection setup for route scheduling and fault diagnosis; the Service does not store IP addresses linked to the destinations visited.
2. No-Logs Stance and Log Retention Policy
The Service's no-logs stance means that it does not record which websites users visit and does not keep connection logs. The specific boundaries are as follows:
- No browsing history, visited domains, search queries or transmitted content is recorded;
- No mapping between accounts, connection times and exit IPs is stored;
- To measure traffic, the system only accumulates a usage figure for each account (for example, how many GB have been used); that figure contains no destination address information;
- To keep routes stable, the system retains route-level operating metrics (load, error rate, response time), which are not linked to any specific account.
4. Third-Party Payment Processing
Payments are completed through third-party providers, which support Alipay, WeChat and USDT:
- The payment page, payment receipts and fund transfers are handled by the relevant provider, and its own privacy policy applies;
- The Service neither accesses nor stores complete payment credential information; it only receives the order number, amount and payment status returned by the provider, which are used to activate the service and reconcile accounts;
- Refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy, and eligible orders receive a 7-day no-questions-asked refund.
5. Data Retention Periods and Deletion
- Account data is retained while the account remains active; after the account is closed, the username and login credentials enter the deletion process.
- Order and payment records must keep essential fields (order number, amount, time) after account closure for financial reconciliation, refund handling and dispute resolution, and are retained for the period required by applicable laws and regulations.
- Visit statistics are retained in aggregate form and contain no personally identifiable information.
- Deletion requests are submitted through the ticket entry in the user panel and processed after account ownership is verified; the outcome can be viewed in the panel.
6. Policy Updates and Contact
- When this policy is updated, the last-updated date at the top of this page changes with it; major changes to what data is collected or how it is used will be announced on the site.
- Continuing to use the Service after a policy update means you accept the updated version; if you do not agree, you can stop using the Service and request deletion of your account data through a ticket.
- Questions, complaints and data deletion requests are all submitted through the ticket entry in the user panel.
This policy, together with the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy, forms the agreement between the user and the Service.
