These terms are the agreement between VPNDU and users regarding the subscription service. They set out the service scope, account usage rules, acceptable use requirements, availability and disclaimers, account termination, and how the terms may change. Using the service means you accept these terms.
1. Service Content and Scope
VPNDU provides a subscription service for cross-border network acceleration and streaming access: international routes connect your device to overseas network exits for reaching international websites, streaming platforms, and AI tools. Data travels through quantum-encrypted tunnels. Routes currently cover 100+ countries / 250+ routes, and clients are available for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux.
Subscriptions are billed by data volume. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets each month on the activation date, and unused data does not carry over. Data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB, valid until used up and never expiring. When a plan is upgraded mid-term, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Subscriptions support Alipay / WeChat / USDT payment.
The service is provided as a subscription; there is no one-time buyout or perpetual usage right. Route access stops when the subscription expires.
2. Account and Subscription Usage Rules
Registering a VPNDU account requires only a username and password — no email address. Account credentials and the subscription link are kept by the user: the subscription link works like account credentials, and anyone holding it can connect, so do not display or forward it in public channels.
- There is no limit on simultaneous online devices, but the account is for the registered user only.
- Reselling, renting out, or lending the account or subscription link is prohibited, as is repackaging the service for sale to others.
- Creating connections in bulk with automated scripts, or scanning, stress-testing, or scraping the routes, is prohibited.
- Sharing one account among several people is prohibited.
If the rules above are violated, VPNDU may suspend the account and require corrective action; in serious or repeated cases, VPNDU may terminate the account, and fees for the portion already used are not refunded.
3. Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and place of use, and judge for themselves whether their use is compliant. VPNDU is intended for ordinary cross-border access and network acceleration, and makes no commitment about the availability of any particular website or content.
The service must not be used for:
- infringing the intellectual property rights of others, or distributing illegal or infringing content;
- carrying out network attacks, port scanning, intrusion into other systems, or data theft;
- fraud, gambling, money laundering, and other illegal activities;
- any other conduct that violates the laws and regulations of your location.
Users bear the consequences of non-compliant use themselves; if such use causes losses to VPNDU or third parties, the user is liable for them.
4. Service Availability and Disclaimers
- The service is provided as is. Routes may see latency fluctuations or brief outages due to upstream network adjustments, changes in target platform policies, or the local network environment; VPNDU keeps working to maintain route stability but does not promise uninterrupted operation.
- The availability and picture quality of third-party platforms (streaming, AI tools, and so on) are determined by those platforms' own policies and are not part of the service commitment.
- Connection problems caused by the user's device, local network, carrier restrictions, or non-compliant use are not treated as service faults.
- To the extent permitted by law, VPNDU is not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or lost expected profits.
5. Account Termination
Users may stop using the service at any time; to terminate an account, submit a request through the user panel. VPNDU may suspend or terminate an account in the following situations:
- violation of these terms, especially reselling, sharing, and non-compliant use;
- the account poses a security risk or has been taken over by someone else;
- payment is declined, disputed, or otherwise irregular.
Where possible, notice is given through the user panel before termination; in cases involving illegal activity or urgent security risks, action may be taken first. Once an account is terminated, subscription access ends immediately.

6. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as the service changes; the updated version is published on this page with its update date. Major changes involving pricing, refund conditions, or usage limits are announced through site notices or user panel messages.
Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree, you may stop using the service and request account termination. How account information is collected and handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
